It looks like everyone got out fine. Can you imagine the panic? I wonder if everyone will have white hair after this incident. Now we know that we can survive a lightning strike in a car. Those rubber tires and the metal body of the car sure came in handy. ## Here is What Happens When Lightning Strikes a Plane. ## When I was in the Navy one of our P-3 Orions was struck and it destroyed the nose cone of the plane. The guys were quite wary of lightning afterwards.
