“America has been swept away with a level of mediocrity. Rarely are you getting the level of service you feel you deserve.” This is a quote from Howard Schultz, the former CEO of Starbucks. He said this in an interview with ACE Hardware President & CEO, John Venhuizen at the annual meeting for ACE Hardware partners.

I was able to attend this meeting and got some video of it. Here is an excerpt of the interview that contained a lot of great ideas on business, how to excel in helping customers and more.
